Psychologist by day and podcaster and blogger depending on the time of day. Born in the Midwest, educated on the East Coast, and currently Down South living. I'm an introverted extrovert, lover of good energy, music, a foodie at heart, and stimulating conversations.
Creating this platform was something I imagined for several years. However, life was always happening. Although this was reality, I had exhausted this excuse. After years of my own self-reflection and life experiences I was more ready than ever to step out on faith!
As a Black woman who has real conversations with similar women, I want to share and connect us across the world through discussions about our challenges and successes. I am ecstatic to see where this journey takes us and hope to connect with each of you in some way by being authentic and relatable.
Grab your favorite cocktail, your friends, and get ready for Real, Raw, and Unconventional topics and conversations.
With Peace, Love, and Blessings,
